Case study · Infotech Crowd

A static whitepaper library, rebuilt into a living content hub.

Infotech Crowd launched as a static whitepaper repository and struggled to hold anyone’s attention. We rebuilt it as a dynamic, preference-based content hub — real-time news feeds, a recommendation engine, and a brand refresh to match.

The challenge

Static content,
static engagement.

Infotech Crowd launched as a static repository of gated whitepapers. It worked, technically — but dwell time was low and there was little reason for a visitor to come back a second time.

The brief was to reposition the platform as an actual thought-leadership hub for tech decision-makers, not just a download form with a logo on it.

Our approach

Four pillars behind the relaunch.

We rebuilt Infotech Crowd around content that updates itself and adapts to the reader, not a static library that goes stale the day it ships.

Real-time news integration

Live news feeds via the Google News API sit alongside the whitepaper library, so the hub has something new on it every day, not just at each content drop.

Personalised recommendations

A recommendation engine adapts what a visitor sees based on their preferences and behaviour, instead of showing every visitor the same static list.

Brand refresh

An updated visual identity gave the platform a simpler, more modern look in line with its new role as a content destination, not just a lead form.

Global performance

Performance and accessibility work kept the platform fast across the 15+ countries its readers download from.

The outcome

From static PDF library to daily destination.

Infotech Crowd today

Hundreds of downloads,
every month.

Infotech Crowd now delivers hundreds of gated downloads a month across 15 countries, with a growing global audience that comes back — not just a one-time download and gone.

It’s a genuinely different platform to the static repository it replaced, and it’s still the syndication hub the wider business builds content strategy around.

Technologies used

What Infotech Crowd is built with.

A deliberately unexciting stack — chosen because it holds up in production, not because it was new.

High Digital didn’t just redesign our website — they redefined what Infotech Crowd is. Their strategy, design and technical execution gave us a platform that’s now central to our business growth.
