Cold Solutions Services required an application to streamline the reporting of incidents across their cold chain and construction operations. They needed an application that could handle time-critical submissions, integrate media (images, documents), and escalate reports for timely resolution and reporting.
Action
We developed the Incident Reporting Application that allows users across the business to efficiently report incidents, upload relevant data, and escalate them through the appropriate hierarchy for approvals and oversight. The application ensures quick response times and better compliance in the cold chain management and construction environment. Relevant reports are delivered to external stakeholders, while internal stakeholders can interrogate data and view analytics
