Design and build a site for users to navigate the offers and conditions for acquiring a government grant to upgrade the heating/and, or insulation of their home. The site needed to be optimised to run Google’s AI-powered advertising and deliver qualifying users to the client’s CRM.
Our web development team worked with the client and their partners to define the requirements, design the prototype, and then build, launch and support the website. To qualify, your home address must have an energy performance certificate (EPC) rated D or less. We used EPC API to run immediate checks on postcodes. If users qualify they go through to the next stage, where they answer a simple set of questions to see if they meet the requirements for funding.
Depending on their answers, the user progresses through a defined journey where anyone eligible for heating or insulation grants is sent to the client CRM via API. This was built to leverage Google’s AI powered advertising to drive targeted visits.
The client is very happy with its design and UX. The metrics have shown great results – low bounce rate and high dwell time on site – and even though the AI is still in the learning phase, results are very good and delivering highly-targeted converted users to the site.
