Argus, a lead generation platform, had been in a stalled development cycle since 2015. The platform was a patchwork of inconsistent design elements, disjointed data structures, and unclear product direction. The team behind Argus needed a strategic technology partner to bring their original concept to life and transform the platform into a market-ready solution.
High Digital collaborated closely with Argus to overhaul both the product and the process. Our UX/UI design and product management teams conducted deep discovery workshops to understand Argus’ core vision, stripping the platform back to essentials and rebuilding with clarity, purpose, and user experience at the centre.

Embedded BI tools give the Argus team real-time insight into lead activity, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
We led structured sprints to ensure clear priorities, reduce delays, and increase stakeholder visibility throughout development.
The Argus platform was launched ahead of schedule and delivered immediate commercial impact. The revitalised platform has since received industry recognition and continues to evolve with support from the High Digital team, maintaining its innovation advantage in the martech space.
