ARCH Development Project Case Study

Task

We were asked to design and build a new site for ARCH investors and partners to navigate updates on portfolio projects, advisory themes and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks. The site also needed a CMS for business administrators to upload content.

Action

We worked together with the client to help build the information architecture and site structure, in parallel with four design options. Once happy, we moved to prototyping and then development and production release. We also provided full training and support on content management.

Result

Our client is delighted with the look and feel of their new website. Time on the site has increased by 100% and the bounce rate is down 50%.
