Kingpin wanted software development for an app that connected its telemarketing department to Argus and ensured all the data they were giving and receiving was in-synch with the rest of the business.
We built Connect iteratively with Kingpin’s telemarketing department. It started out first as a tool to deliver data, contact information and questionnaires in one hub. Once the first MVP development version was finished, we then worked on its UX/UI design and added the calling and recording functions too.
The telemarketing department can now run and manage multiple large teams and campaigns across different time zones. All data can be combined to inform other campaigns and scores. And the need for manual input and extraction has been removed, saving time, and reducing the risk of human error. The product is being rolled out to other telemarketing teams across the Marketing Practice group.
